Police Reports: Nov. 19, 2024

Arrests reported by Marshall police

Roshunn Rondell Powell Jr., 22, of Marshall was arrested and charged with forgery of a financial instrument, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair, theft of firearm, first no liability insurance (two counts), unrestrained child under 8 years old (two counts), no valid driver's license and vehicle registration on Friday.

Demitrus Leon Noel, 33, of Marshall was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and resist arrest search or transport on Friday.

Tyler Scott Smith, 38, of Marshall was arrested and charged with assault causes bodily injury family violence on Friday.

Chad Derek Heim, 41, of Karnack was arrested and charged with no liability insurance, expired vehicle registration and drug paraphernalia on Friday.

Alex Adrian Smirl, 21, of Gilmer was arrested and charged with driving while license invalid on Thursday.

Matthew Raul Muro, 23, of Grand Prairie was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group two measuring between four and 400 grams, theft of firearm and unlawful carrying of a weapon on Thursday.

Deborah Nicole Hollins, 40, of Marshall was arrested and charged with contempt of court disobedience on Thursday.

Cole Tanner Thompson, 28, of Longview was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated on Thursday.

Ada Susaine Wintle, 38, of Marshall was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces on Thursday.

Adrian Dale Smith, 28, of Vicksburg, Mississippi was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated blood alcohol concentration greater than or equal to 0.15 on Thursday.

Nicholas Kick Audas, 35, of Hallsville was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for indecent assault on Thursday.

Jonathan Chandler Minze, 29, of Big Sandy was arrested and charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring between four and 200 grams and failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring less than one gram on Thursday.

Eddie Carl Brashear, 52, of Waskom was arrested and charged with burglary of habitation on Friday.

Leslie Davidson Parker, 54, of DeBerry was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated third offense on Friday.

Logan Matthew Kelley, 27, of Marshall was arrested and charged with aggravated assault of a date/family/household member with a weapon on Friday.

Jason Shane Stewart, 48, of Shreveport was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group two measuring between four and 400 grams and possession of marijuana measuring between four ounces and five pounds on Saturday.

Ty'kieara Monyea Finley, 22, of Monroe, Louisiana was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces on Saturday.

Nathan Gerald Webb, 31, of Longview was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring less than one gram on Saturday.

I Sean Khleel McDaniel, 28, of Waskom was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B measuring less than one gram, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and speeding on Sunday.

Dannielle Marann Gentil, 32, of Marshall was arrested and charged with driving while blood alcohol concentration greater than or equal to 0.15 on Sunday.

Oscar Ric Leyva Castellanos, 40, of Marshall was arrested and charged with no driver's license when unlicensed on Friday.

Calvin Lavern Williams, 68, of Longview was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated third offense on Friday.

Wayne Edward Davis, 38, of Longview was arrested and charged with failure to maintain financial responsibility and a Caddo Parrish warrant for possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces on Saturday.

Suspicious vehicle, Waskom, Nov. 12: Deputies were call to suspicious vehicle unattended. The 2025 GMC Sierra was new and had no license plate. Deputies check the VIN, which returned to be stolen out of Shreveport Police Department. Vehicle was placed into impound. Report made.

Theft, Strickland Springs Road, Nov. 13: Deputies responded in regard to a theft. Deputies arrived on scene and were informed that a black in color 12-14 utility trailer with a pressure washer and water tank were stolen. Report made.

Traffic stop, Loop 281, Nov. 13: Deputy conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Contact was made with the driver, Matthew Muro, who stated he was heading home from work. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana and a stolen Glock 19 out of San Antonio.

Traffic stop, FM 449, Nov. 13: Deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Alex Smirl. It was discovered that Smirl had a suspended license and multiple convictions for DWLI (Driving While License Invalid). Smirl was placed into custody and transported to the Harrison County Jail.

Deadly conduct, FM 3001, Friday: The complainant lives nearby and an individual stated the white GMC was trying to run over their son while on this mini bike. Deputies made contact with the complainant and his story was totally different. Report made.

Criminal mischief, Private Road 3637, Friday: The complainant stated that her mom broke her window at her house after telling her she couldn't live there anymore. The complainant stated that she wanted to pursue charges. Report made.

Family assault, FM 2625 West, Friday: Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to an assault call for service. In the course of the investigation, deputies learned that Logan Kelley, who is known for violent outbursts, assaulted an individual. Kelley was threatening another individual when another individual stepped in. Kelley then struck an individual with a coffee mug in the head. Kelley was arrested for aggravated assault family member and transported to Harrison County Jail.

Burglary of a building, Estesville Road, Friday: The complainant called to report that his Can-Am Model Max Lonestar HD 10 black in color was stolen from his unattached garage. The identifiers of the Can-AM were entered into the National Stolen Database. Report made.

Burglary of habitation, Blocker Road, Friday: The complainant called to report that his residence was entered as he was as work and three firearms were stolen. Report made.

Warrant arrest, U.S. 80 East, Friday: Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for defective equipment. The driver, Wayne Edward Davis, was found to have two active warrants. One for failure to maintained financial responsibility, and the other from Caddo Parrish, Louisiana for possession of schedule 1 drugs. He was taken into custody and transported to the Annex Jail and booked in for the warrants.

Failure to stop and give information, Ferguson Road, Saturday: The complainant called wanting a report because an unknown suspect struck her trash can while it was on the side of the road and destroyed it. She wanted a report since the person that his the trash can did not stop to provide information. Report made.

Deadly conduct, FM 2983, Saturday: The complainant called to report that his dog was ran over by a dump truck while the dog was in the roadway. While on scene, the dump truck driver exited the dump truck and stated that the complainant pointed a gun at him. Report made.
