Willie Jackson, 38, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Stephen Green, 33, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia with residue, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Harold Knowles, 39, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (habitual offender), and tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.

Myron Waters, 38, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with possession of cocaine.

Aquina Hicks, 32, of Rockledge, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm as simple assault, and battery as domestic violence.

Matt Airey, 50, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with assault with intent to commit a felony, failure to register a motor vehicle, and never obtaining a driver's license.

Boyd Fuller, 36, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with attempting to use ID of another without consent, and petty theft 2nd degree from building (1st offense).

James Gerard, 30, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with fleeing and eluding police officer, and driving while license suspended with knowledge (2nd offense).

Dustin Hebert, 30, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with aggravated stalking of a child under 16 years of age, and battery.

Denefield Jordan, 43, of Merritt Island, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, resisting officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory Kellogg, 65, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Kiana McCoy, 23, of Rockledge, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with possession of cocaine.

Jimmy Mitchell, 41, of Rockledge, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with trafficking in cocaine over 28 grams and less than 150 kilograms.

Drew Mulhern, 33, of Merritt Island, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with possession of cocaine, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Albert Welch, 53, of Rockledge, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, and possession of cocaine.

Kia Harris, 28, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with driving under the influence, driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel Jaspers, 29, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with retail theft over $750 with coordination with others.

James Mcroy, 54, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, possession of cocaine, possession of opium or derivative with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver.

Kemly Menelas, 42, of Miramar, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended with knowledge (2nd offense), and felony possession of a controlled substance while in physical control of a motor vehicle.

Andrea Porten, 34, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm as aggravated assault.

Stephen Shorter, 32, of Merritt Island, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence, and disorderly conduct.

Tabatha Sterling, 38, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sabrina Wood, 31, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with felony animal cruelty.

Blake Yoakum, 25, of Satellite Beach, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, two counts of driving under the influence with damage to person/property of another, reckless driving with damage to property/personal injury, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana less over 20 grams, and possession of a controlled substance.

Lonnie Bullington, 45, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with sexual battery of a victim over 12 and less than 18 years of age, lewd and lascivious molestation by offender over 18 to child 12 years of age, driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting officer without violence.

Tia Grills, 37, of Sebastian, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of legend drug without prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license suspended with knowledge.

Aimmie Johnson, 33, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000.

Thomas Borland, 39, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence.

Bradley Chastain, 29, (address not listed), was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with out of state fugitive.

Tabitha Gaillard, 26, of Vero Beach, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender).

Jeffrey Warren, 28, (homeless/address not listed), was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance, and false ID given to law enforcement officer.

Cheyanne Adkins, 26, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, dealing in stolen property, grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000, false verification of ownership to secondhand dealer less than $300, and tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.

Matthew Carlisle, 44, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Davis, 42, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sierra Martin, 21, of Mims, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with tampering in misdemeanor proceedings, criminal mischief $200 and under, and battery as domestic violence.

Jonny Sifuentes Soras, 41, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence.

William Smith, 50, of Boca Raton, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with dealing in stolen property, and false verification of ownership to pawnbroker less than $300.

Jordan Williams, 29, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with fleeing/eluding law enforcement with lights/siren, and driving while license suspended with knowledge.

Claire Amorde, 47, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with making a false report of child abuse.

David Brown, 42, (address not listed), was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carl Ciccarello, 63, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with failure to report name or residence change as a sex offender, failure to respond to address verification within three weeks as a sex offender, failure to report changes in vehicle owned to sheriff's office within 48 hours as a sex offender, and failure to register changes to employment information as a sex offender.

Jose Ramirez-Perez, 19, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, and violation of carrying a concealed weapon within specific locations.

Kenneth Wilbert, 61, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000, and insurance fraud less than $20,000.

Jason Arnold, 34, of Malabar, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with battery by spitting on law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT.

Stacey Cummins, 37, of Micco, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Chad Edinboro, 38, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence, and aggravated battery on a pregnant woman as domestic violence.

Matthew Graham, 36, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with felony battery as domestic violence.
