WATERTOWN — Police report that they arrested Michael Garren, 66, Watertown, at 3:50 p.m. May 11 for failure to carry registration/insurance card, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance and illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
