PMA Companies Appoints John Santulli, President And Chief Operating Officer

In this position, he will be responsible for leading the operations of PMA Companies Insurance and Third Party Administrator (TPA) business segments.

He will provide senior leadership in the management of day-to-day operations as we ensure that our strategic plans remain aligned with our long-term vision and objectives," said Vincent T. Donnelly, Chief Executive Officer of PMA Companies. "John has had a long and successful career with PMA. This month he celebrates his 35th anniversary, and during his career with us, he has held senior leadership positions in virtually all critical areas of operations. He brings significant leadership strength and a wealth of knowledge and experience in PMA's marketplace. He has been a senior member of our Office of the Chief Executive Officer to which he brings much passion and professionalism," Donnelly added.

A Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), John Santulli started his insurance career in 1977 and joined PMA in 1982. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Risk Services and Sales in which capacity he led the significant customer and other service functions of Claims, Risk Control, Managed Care, Client Services, Information Technology, and TPA Services. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Large Account and Risk Management Insurance operating units many years ago, and led the launch of PMA Management Corp. as the PMA Companies entered the TPA business.
