Pioneer State Mutual Insurance Selects Duck Creek Policy Software to Replace Legacy System
Duck Creek’s Software Integrates Efficiently and Offers Headless Configuration for Total UX Freedom
Once implemented, Duck Creek’s customer-centric policy system will allow Pioneer State Mutual to manage its entire customer lifecycle with a seamless back end experience. The company plans to employ an on-premises install of Duck Creek Policy, which can easily be married to Pioneer State Mutual’s existing front-end system. Duck Creek’s headless UI capabilities enable carriers of all sizes to utilize or improve their own unique customer experiences while enabling rapid, efficient, and affordable product transitions. Duck Creek Policy will provide a broad and flexible solution that reduces maintenance cost and can support future innovations and digital transformations.
“‘Insuring Michigan’ is one of our mottos. We are dedicated to providing the state with the highest-quality insurance products.
Duck Creek Policy, Duck Creek Billing, and Duck Creek Rating software are part of a suite that also includes Duck Creek Claims. The configurable software is designed to work independently or as part of a combined approach to manage all aspects of the P&C insurance lifecycle. It can be deployed on premises or via Duck Creek OnDemand, a cloud delivery model.
“We’re excited to transition Pioneer State Mutual’s foundational core system to Duck Creek’s agile Policy solution, allowing them to continue utilizing their intuitive customer interface,” said
