For Crain’s and Best Companies Group, determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process. The first step, worth 25% of the evaluation, involved evaluating each participating company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part, worth approximately 75% of the evaluation, involved employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace. The combined scores determined the best companies and the final ranking.
“We’re honored to receive this recognition from Crain’s and Best Companies Group,” said Robert Petrie III, CEO, Origami Risk. “As an enterprise, we’ve recognized from the beginning that Origami is not only a software company, but also a talent organization that depends on the skills, enthusiasm and creativity of the people who work here.”
Putting clients first and always being sure they are obtaining meaningful results through their interaction with Origami’s service professionals results in the highest NPS scores in the industry. When an organization partners with Origami, there is a true commitment to provide continual and consistent support that helps them achieve their near- and long-term business goals.
The way Origami engages with clients is unique and client satisfaction surveys, as well as third-party studies, underscore the firm’s commitment to be the best in support and service. Each client-facing team is evaluated as a group through a satisfaction survey. Origami awards “service bonuses” to individuals based on criteria, including client satisfaction — another incentive for people to collaborate with their teammates to get high survey scores.
