Terms were not disclosed.<br /><br /><i><org value="ACORN:111043037" idsrc="xmltag.org">HomeCare</org></i>, which has been published for 36 years, is the leading publication serving the home medical equipment (HME) dealer market. The <i><org value="ACORN:111043037" idsrc="xmltag.org">HomeCare</org> Monday</i> e-newsletter is widely recognized as the industry’s most important and authoritative source of breaking news for this critical industry. Penton Media suspended publication of the magazine and e-newsletter in <chron>July 2011</chron>, but <org>Cahaba Media Group</org> will re-launch the <i><org value="ACORN:111043037" idsrc="xmltag.org">HomeCare</org> Monday</i> e-newsletter and <a href="http://www.homecaremag.com">www.homecaremag.com</a> in <chron>October 2011</chron>.
