Insurance Professionals Earn Field Designations
<b></b>Copyright 2009 Saginaw NewsAll Rights Reserved Saginaw News (Michigan) <br> <br> <b></b><span id="x_hitDiv1"><b>April</b> 26, 2009 Sunday <br> <br> <b>LENGTH: </b>228 words <br> <br> <br> <b>HEADLINE: </b>Insurance professionals earn field designations<br> <br> <p></p> Travis Emmons, Pam Wanless, Robyn Weiss, Julia Kaul and Ryan Woolever, all employees at Frankenmuth Insurance, 1 Mutual in Frankenmuth have received insurance designations from the Insurance Institute of America. <p></p> They have achieved the designations by completing a series of examinations covering specific topics related to their field within the insurance industry. <p></p> Emmons, Wanless and Weiss received their associate in claims designations. Kaul received an associate in commercial underwriting designation. Woolever received his associate in insurance technology designation. <p></p> Emmons in 2006 became a part-time audit technician and took a promotion to assistant adjuster in 2008. <p></p> Wanless began her employment in 2006 as a workers' compensation adjuster trainee and took a promotion to adjuster in 2006. She has a bachelor's degree in social science from Michigan State University and a master's degree in human services administration from Spertus College. <p></p> Weiss joined the company in 2006 as a claims processor. She has a bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University. <p></p> Kaul began her employment in 1999 as a records clerk and was promoted to underwriting assistant in 2008.
