MMC Names Erick Gustafson Director of Government Relations

(MMC) today announced that it has appointed Erick Gustafson as Director of Government Relations.</p> <p>Mr. Gustafson’s appointment is effective September 29, 2008. He will report directly to Peter J. Beshar, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and will be based in Washington, D.C.</p> <p>“We are delighted to bring a talented individual like Erick to MMC,” said MMC President and CEO Brian Duperreault. “As the company’s first Director of Government Relations, Erick will lead the development and implementation of MMC’s government relations agenda. In that capacity, he provided focus and direction to MBA's advocacy agenda on Capitol Hill and at the White House and state levels.
