New bill would repeal Obamacare ban on provider-owned hospitals

Rep. Victoria Spartz, R-Ind., has introduced legislation (H.R. 8132) to "amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to repeal the Obamacare ban on provider-owned hospitals."
The bill was introduced on June 16. It was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means committees.
