They can attend a Welcome to Medicare informational program presented by a trained SHIP counselor (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) provided through the Nebraska State Department of Insurance.
Mary Loftis is a trained NE SHIP/SMP Counselor, and she is offering a welcome to Medicare information program on Thursday, January 25 at the UNL Extension office in Dodge County at 1206 West 23rd Street in Fremont. There will be a meeting at 4 p.m. and it will be repeated at 7 p.m. Anyone in any county is welcome to attend this free program. Absolutely nothing will be marketed or sold. Future Welcome to Medicare programs will be offered March 28 in Tekamah, June 20 in Blair and September 19 in Fremont.
