The Company is actively hiring and has recently added a seasoned group of professionals with insurance industry experience to its leadership team:

Andre Nieuwendam , Vice President of Information Technology: In his role, Nieuwendam is responsible for leading a high-performing team that creates digital experiences designed to exceed customer, agent and employee expectations. His responsibilities include business systems development and maintenance, program and project management and enterprise architecture and infrastructure. Nieuwendam has more than 30 years’ IT experience, including four years as director of information technology atUnited Property and Casualty Insurance . Additionally, Nieuwendam, who has worked as an agent registered in life and annuity sales, is a twice-published author and regularly contributes to industry publications. -
Anne Kevlin , Director of Litigation: Kevlin is responsible for overseeing claims litigation. Kevlin brings more than 20 years of insurance litigation and regulatory experience, attained through private law practice as well as in-house roles with insurance entities. She joined American Integrity from Beazley, a global Lloyd's managing agent, where she managed property claims litigation throughoutthe United States . Kevlin is active in professional insurance and legal organizations, and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry and legal seminars. -
Patrick Madigan , Director of Client Services: With more than 20 years’ experience in underwriting, product, pricing, strategy development and process efficiency in the insurance industry, Madigan is responsible for helping his team of more than 30 underwriters and customer care employees find new ways to enhance the customer experience. He has an established track record of improving individual, team and process performance acquired through positions of increasing responsibility atNationwide Insurance andKemper Insurance . Madigan is recognized in the industry and has been invited to speak to various audiences about operational efficiency in underwriting, implementing new systems, and managing significant change in an organization. -
Steve Kolk , ACAS, Director of Pricing: Kolk leads a team that is responsible for developing a pricing strategy that ensures each customer receives the most accurate rate based on his or her specific circumstances. That level of granularity is achieved by mining, compiling and analyzing data to determine trends and analyze past results, and using predictive analytics to forecast future behavior. Kolk has specialized in ratemaking, pricing and modeling work in his previous roles at property and casualty insurance companies, as well as in his position as chief actuary and senior modeler for CoreLogic, a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled services provider. Kolk has been an officer of aCasualty Actuarial Society regional chapter and member of the Casualty Actuaries of the Northwest. He is also a sought-after speaker and published author. -
Toni Logan , Director of Marketing: Logan is responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategies - branding, advertising, lead generation, sales team support, competitive analysis, content creation, public relations, marketing communications and stakeholder relations. In her role, she and her team are charged with helping to analyze and constantly improve the user experience, ensuring each touch point is personalized, consistent and professional, and developing and maintaining the company’s digital properties. Logan has previously worked in corporate communications forUSAA and Allstate Insurance companies, and most recently as corporate communications manager atSecurity First Insurance Company .
