Christopher Macleod 28 was cited for Fail to Provide Proof of Insurance.

Thomas Beasley 81 was cited for Expired State Vehicle License Plates.

Ethan Starks 21 was cited for Fail to Provide Proof of Insurance and Speeding 11-15 MPH Over.

Brandon Salas, 39, was arrested and transported to the Cooper County Detention Center and charged with Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway with of Sufficient Width, Driving While Intoxicated, and Operated Vehicle on Highway Without a Valid License. Bond was set at $909.00 cash or surety.

ARRESTS

Devin Doyle was arrested on a Boonville Fail to Appear Warrant for Operating Vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.

Heather Brown was arrested for Driving with an expired license. Brown was processed and released with a court summons.

ARRESTS

Langston E. Hall was arrested on a Cooper County Fail to Appear Warrant for Assault. Bond is $ 1000 Cash or Surety. Hall was also arrested on a second Cooper County Warrant for Stalking and Harassment. Bond is $6000 Cash Only. Hall was also arrested on a third warrant for Violation of Order of Protection. Bond is $ 2000 Cash Only.

Dakota J. Fontaine 34 of Boonville was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Bond was set at $620 Cash or Surety.

Fadeonna Smith 51 of Columbia was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Bond was set at $620 Cash or Surety.

Devin D. Doyle 26 of Boonville was arrested on a Boonville Municipal Fail to Appear Warrant for Operating a Motor Vehicle without Maintain Financial Responsibility. Bond was set at $150 Cash Only.

Sheriff's report

Joseph Hogan, 23, Otterville, MO. Arrested on a Cooper County warrant for DWI-Physical Injury. No bond was set by the Court. Hogan remains in custody at the Cooper County Detention Center.

David McFarland, 46, Clark, MO. Arrested on a Cooper County warrant via video for Failure To Appear-Driving While Revoked/Suspended and Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. No bond was set by the Court. McFarland remains in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Brent Runyon, 42, Lake, WV. Arrested on a Cooper County warrant for Probation Violation-Possession of Controlled Substance. No bond was set by the Court. Runyon remains in custody at the Cooper County Detention Center.

Lametrius Crutchfield, 54, Kansas City, MO. Arrested on a Cooper County warrant for Receiving Stolen Property, Driving While Revoked/Suspended 2nd or 3rd Offense and Fail To Display Plates on Motor Vehicle/Trailer. Bond was set at $7500 cash or surety. Crutchfield is unable to post bond and remains in custody at the Cooper County Detention Center.

Ray Snyder, 52, Boonville, MO. Arrested on a Cooper County warrant for Failure To Appear-Failure To Register Motor Vehicle. Bond was set at $130 cash only. Snyder posted bond and was released from the Cooper County Detention Center.

Prentice Harris, 34, Saint Louis, MO. Arrested on (2) Cooper County warrants. The first warrant is for Failure To Appear-Driving While Revoked/Suspended-2nd or 3rd Offense. Bond was set at $5000 cash or surety. The second warrant is for Tampering With Motor Vehicle-1st Degree. No bond was set. Harris remains in custody at the Cooper County Detention Center.
