CHICAGO, Illinois, April 29 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Kirkland & Ellis is advising global services firm Aon plc (NYSE: AON) on the sale of real estate and real asset investment advisory services firm The Townsend Group to an investment group led by The Riverside Company.
The definitive agreement was announced April 29, 2024.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The group of leading institutions co-investing alongside Riverside include Bluerock, MLC Private Equity, and Ten Capital Management.
