IndiSoft Names Atul Shinde Customer Support Manager

Veteran Software Developer Tapped to Serve Clients’ Needs

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- IndiSoft, a technology development firm that focuses on systems for the default services industry, has named Atul Shinde customer support manager. Shinde will provide technical and project support to IndiSoft’s RxOffice^® clients.

Shinde has a proven dual background in the development of in-depth technological domains as well as client communications and problem resolution. His experience spans mortgage banking, mortgage insurance, energy and utility industries.

Prior to joining IndiSoft, Shinde has been a designer, developer and project manager at ITShastra India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India. Shinde also worked with various UK-based clients as an associate system engineer with IBM India Pvt. Ltd, where he facilitated client communication for problem analysis and also monitored software failures and updates for clients.

Shinde has a master of computer applications degree from Pune University, Maharashtra, India.
