In this role, she is responsible for managing assigned industry segments to achieve defined objectives which includes defining new products, services, and initiatives that meet segment needs; managing/directing customer support initiatives in a manner that enhances customer satisfaction; and representing I CAR within the segment and across the industry to advance I-CAR's vision, mission and strategies.
