She helps design and implement plans to minimize taxes associated with succession planning. She also has extensive experience advising fiduciaries in administering trusts and estates to minimize risks, avoid litigation, and effectively settle disputes without court intervention. Amy frequently represents beneficiaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
