CHICAGO, Nov. 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- HUB International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of The Vitolo Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Located in Seattle, Washington, The Vitolo Company is an independent insurance agency that provides employee benefits, group benefit planning and compliance consulting to clients by using analytics tools and innovative solutions. Mike Vitolo, founder and president of The Vitolo Company, as well as the Vitolo team, will be joining Hub Northwest.
