Hub International Acquires Assets of Cooper, Simms, Nelson & Mosley Insurance

Hub International Limited reported the acquisition of the assets of Cooper, Simms, Nelson & Mosley, based in Winter Park, Florida.

According to a release from Hub, terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Cooper Simms is a full service firm with expertise in commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefits, servicing the Central Florida region. The Cooper Simms operations will become part of Hub International Florida, (Hub Florida) a division of Hub International Southeast.
