Health Partners Plans Names Kevin Clancy as Chief Financial Officer

Clancy brings more than 37 years of financial leadership at managed care organizations across the country, including commercial, Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP health care plans. As CFO, Clancy will be responsible for financial plans, policies and practices for all of HPP’s lines of business.
“Kevin has extensive financial, operational and strategic experience with managed care organizations, and we know his expertise will help propel HPP into our next great chapter,” said HPP President and CEO
Clancy is deeply experienced in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial operations, treasury, health care analytics, legal and enterprise risk, as well as Medicare sales strategy and risk scoring.
