The Embassy of the United States in Madrid invites interested offerors to submit a proposal for health insurance services for Locally hired employees and their eligible family members in Spain. The estimated number of participants covered by this contract is four hundred and fifty (495). Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation requires company registration on www.sam.gov pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. The Government plans to award the contract before May 2020. Electronic Submission/Responses: No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
