This is professional protection you own, and protects against even costly, frivolous claims, regardless of actual or assumed liability. Eligibility is limited to AlChE members with consulting businesses in the U.S.

In addition, eligible business owners can purchase commercial general liability coverage in conjunction with AlChE's professional plan, and a new, competitively priced policy for educators is available to protect against claims of bodily injury due to events occurring in the classroom or laboratory.
