Anthony L. Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of First Light Program Managers, Inc., and Paul Greenaway, President of Marine N-Surance Brokers Inc. of Longwood, Florida, announced today that they have entered into an agreement for First Light Program Managers to acquire substantially all of Marine N-Surance Broker's assets effective Oct. 1, 2021. Marine N-Surance Brokers, a wholesaler and managing general agency (MGA) founded in 2002 by Paul Greenaway, has specialized in the marine insurance industry, offering marine liabilities, marine packages, hull and property coverage on a wholesale basis throughout the United States.
