Fidelity Life Named One of America's Best Insurance Companies by Forbes

Fidelity Life has been recognized on the Forbes list of America's Best Insurance Companies 2023. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, and acknowledges companies that have high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

America's Best Insurance Companies were identified in an independent survey of over 15,000 U.S. citizens with at least one insurance policy. The survey considered customers' overall recommendation, their general satisfaction, and six subdimensions: financial advice, customer service, price/performance ratio, transparency, digital services, and damage/benefit ratio.

Fidelity Life was one of just 77 insurance companies recognized out of more than 3,000 considered. The survey covered five products, including Permanent Life insurance - the category Fidelity Life was awarded.

The Methodology

Forbes and Statista determined the list of America's Best Insurance Companies based on likelihood to recommend, general satisfaction, loyalty, and the following criteria:

• Financial Advice: Whether consultants are professional and competent and provide an individual analysis of the customer's insurance situation
• Customer Service: Whether the company answers the customer's questions correctly and professionally, suggests better offers on its own initiative, and informs customers when coverage is close to expiring
• Price-Performance Ratio: Satisfaction with the price and performance, and stability of insurance premiums
• Transparency: Whether the insurer clearly informs customers about benefits, costs, and fees, and overall trust in the insurance company
• Digital Services: The company makes retrieving documents and managing policies easy online, and the website is intuitive

A loyalty score was calculated based on a series of questions about the customer's likeliness to keep their insurance policy under different circumstances and the total length of time consumers held their policies with the same insurer.
