The following information was released by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas:
Aguirre, Kelly reappointed as chair, deputy chair of Dallas board

DALLASThe Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas announced the newest appointments to its Dallas board of directors, and the board of directors of its Houston and El Paso branches. Board members are appointed to three-year terms, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Dallas office new board members:
Johnny Brooks, chairman, CEO and president of Citizens State Bank in Houston.
Hunter Hunt, chairman and CEO of Hunt Energy LLC and co-CEO of Hunt Consolidated Inc. in Dallas.
HoustonBranch new board member:
Willie Chiang, chairman, CEO and president of Plains All American Pipeline L.P. in Houston.
El Paso Branch new board member:
Nicholas (Nico) Tejeda, Western Group president for Tenet Healthcare in Dallas.
In addition, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors redesignated Dallas board chair Claudia Aguirre, president and chief executive officer of BakerRipley in Houston. Gary Kelly, chairman emeritus of Southwest Airlines Co. in Dallas, was redesignated as deputy chair of the Dallas board.
About the Boards of Directors
The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 requires each of the 12 reserve banks to operate under the supervision of a board of directors. Dallas Fed and branch board members represent a wide range of industries and communities in our region. Director selection is guided by provisions of the Federal Reserve Act.
