Farmers Insurance® Helping Texas Customers Affected by Harvey with Basic Necessities, Claims Processing, and Therapy Animals

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Aug. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- A Farmers Insurance^® Mobile Claims Center (MCC) has been deployed to Victoria, Texas to assist customers affected by Harvey. In addition to expedited claims processing, hot meals, sundries, high-speed internet and phone access, customers who visit the MCC relief site at 6106 North Navarro Street in Victoria will also have access to Pet Partners specially trained therapy dogs for emotional support between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Central Daylight Time Friday.

Farmers customers who suffered damage from the storm can file their claims at the MCC in Victoria between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., online at www.farmers.com, via the Farmers Insurance mobile app, or by calling the 24-hour claims center:

Additional MCC sites will be established in the coming days as heavily impacted areas become accessible. Farmers will post the locations of the MCCs on www.farmers.com/catastrophe and on its social media channels.
