The DESE/H2L partnership recommends that all contractors begin this Gap Analysis process in early 2016.  They also recommend that contractors review their list of subcontracts and update their subcontractor management effective immediately. H2L has performed Gap Analyses and facilitated subcontractor management plans as part of their multi-step compliance process.
