The following arrests and citations were reported Friday by the Des Moines County Sheriff's Office.
Austin James Corwin, 26, Fort Madison, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Thursday on a warrant charging him with a probation violation. He was jailed.
Joseph Robert Decker, 30, Burlington, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. Thursday on a warrant charging him with a probation violation. He was jailed.
Randy Lee Fuller, 31, of Stronghurst, was cited and released for possessing drug paraphernalia at S. 10th and Vine Streets at 6:17 p.m. Wednesday.
Joannie Jacqueline Cave, 48, of Milton, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. Tuesday on an out-of-state warrant and was also charged with interference with official acts. She was jailed.
Jayme Lee Liles, 39, of Flores, was arrested at Highway 34 and DMC 34, at 11:01 p.m. Tuesday and charged with driving while barred, failing to provide proof of liability insurance, and fraudulent use of registration. He was jailed.
Muhammad Rasheed Flowers, 26, Burlington, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant charging him with disobeying a tribal court order. He was jailed.
James Michael Buckley, 33, West Burlington, was cited and released for third degree harassment at 701-230 E. Pennington St. at midnight Tuesday.
Terrance Donnell Polk, 26, West Burlington, was arrested in the 17000 block of Highway 61 at 8:37 p.m. on March 28 on warrants charging him with interference with official acts, failing to appear in court, violating probation, and possessing a controlled substance (subsequent offense). He was also charged with possessing a controlled substance at the scene. He was jailed.
William Robert Keith Dawsey, 24, Fort Madison, was arrested for driving while barred at 7:39 p.m. on March 28. He was jailed, and later charged with possessing contraband in a correctional facility.
Stephen Clark Houghton, 39, West Burlington, was arrested at the intersection of Mt. Pleasant Street and Washington Road at 12:22 p.m. on March 28 on warrants charging him with two counts of contempt of court for failing to appear at proceedings. He was jailed.
