Targeted News Service (Press Releases)

NEW YORK, Feb. 21 -- Dentons, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Dentons, the world's largest law firm, announces the promotion of five lawyers in its New York City Midtown and Meatpacking offices to partner. The newly elected lawyers are Adam H. Dunst, Christopher T. Errico, Benjamin A. Friedman, Jonathan Jacobs and Helen Ogbara Reeves.

These new partners join 42 lawyers promoted across Dentons in North America.

"This is an exceptionally proud and exciting time for Dentons in the US as we grow, not only through our latest combinations but from within our own outstanding talent," said Mike McNamara, Chief Executive Officer of Dentons US. "We welcome Adam, Chris, Benjamin, Jonathan and Helen as our newest partners and reward their dedicated work in serving our clients and their commitment to the New York legal community."

"Our partners in New York remain steadfast in our commitment to our clients' future through these highly accomplished lawyers," said Salvatore Franco, Dentons' New York Managing Partner. "As we continue to grow our talent, Adam, Chris, Benjamin, Jonathan, Helen, Jonathan, Jessica and Roman reflect the best of our team in the New York region and know they will become future leaders within Dentons and within the business community in New York metro."

Also promoted to counsel in the New York region are Jonathan Henry, Jessica Meylor and Roman Tsibulevskiy.

Bios of the promoted lawyers:

Dunst also advises senior executives on debt and equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, as well as governance matters and commercial agreements. He is also a member of the Firm's Cannabis group.

He has particular expertise in representing lenders and institutional investors in the origination of bridge, mezzanine, construction and commercial mortgage-backed security loans, as well as the purchase and sale of mortgage and subordinated debt. Jacobs' practice also includes counseling owners and investors in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings, involving multifamily, office and mixed-use properties nationwide.

Helen Ogbara Reeves (Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies, New York Meatpacking) focuses on representing growth-stage companies on a wide range of complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, startup founder/corporate structuring issues, employment matters and general corporate advice. She also represents investors in the purchase of subordinate commercial mortgage-backed securities and lenders in the financing and securitization of nontraditional products, such as triple-net leases, single family rental, instant-offer platforms and mortgage servicing advances.
