LONDON, Feb. 16 -- Crowell and Moring, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Crowell & Moring represented Verisk Analytics, Inc., a leading data analytics provider, on its acquisition of Healix Risk Rating, a leader in automated medical risk assessment for the travel insurance industry. Healix Risk Rating, a subsidiary of Healix International Holdings Limited, will become part of ISO, a Verisk Analytics business and a pre-eminent source of information about property/casualty insurance risk for more than 45 years. The transaction will further expand Verisk Analytics' risk assessment offerings for the global insurance industry.
The Crowell & Moring team representing Verisk Analytics Inc. was led by London corporate partner Simon Evers and London associate Amar Singh Mann.
