Dacken & Associates aim to grow through good service
Today, the company sells crop, home, health and auto insurance.
In the early 2000s, the Bancroft location moved to the building next door. Ron's son,
"I moved back here in 2014 and started working with him.
And now, my dad is kind of on his way out and I'm taking over," said Dacken
The company consists of four staff members.
The company specializes in the needs of the customers, crop insurance and personal lines like home and auto. No day is the same at
Some days they are doing paperwork and other days they are filing claims after a storm has hit or they are working on new quotes and servicing existing policies.
"Crop insurance is probably half the business or so," said Dacken
They hope to grow their business and progress through service.
The company puts a premium on service and quality work.
Their goal is to meet the needs of their customers. They expect their business to grow, adapting to what is changing in the market.
"We hope to maintain a presence in town and the surrounding area and continue to grow," said Dacken.
COVID did not have a big impact on the business. Due to the pandemic, most customers were not coming to the office.
However, technology allowed the business to keep in contact and communicate with its clients.
They value their customers and the relationship they have built with them. The company services many loyal customers that have been with them since the beginning.
