Through this partnership, CSAA Insurance Group is the first major U.S. property and casualty insurer to leverage Owlcam’s pioneering Video First Notice of Loss (vFNOL) feature, giving customers the option to report and open an insurance claim directly from the Owlcam mobile application.

Leveraging Owlcam’s 4G LTE service, HD cameras and artificial intelligence (AI), CSAA Insurance Group customers can use Owlcam’s real-time video upload capabilities to easily report incidents such as crashes and break-ins to help expedite claims. In keeping with Owlcam’s privacy-first approach, the customer has full control over whether to submit to CSAA Insurance Group - no data is shared without explicit consent.
