July 26

Donna Burch Jones, 66, of Montague Road, Lillington, is charged with felony larceny and felony conspiracy. She is accused of conspiring with Jonathan Stewart to steal property from Terry O'Neill valued at $15,000, according to her arrest warrant. She was held under a $5,000 bond.

Jonathan Shane Stewart, 48, of Angier, is charged with felony larceny and felony conspiracy. He was held under a $5,000 bond.

July 28

Patricio Vladimir Gomez-Salinas, 36 and homeless, is charged with forcible breaking and entering, stealing after a break-in and possessing stolen goods. His bond was set at $20,000.

July 30

Adrian Alejandro Gutierrez, 36, of Broadway, is charged with failing to return rental property and possessing methamphetamine. He was held under a $1,000 bond.

Aug. 3

Lewis Trampas Lucas, 58, of Dunn, is charged with committing felony larceny and possessing stolen goods. He was booked into the Harnett County Detention Center under an $8,000 bond.

Aug. 5

Michael McNeill, 42, of Broadway, is charged with stealing motor vehicle parts and possessing stolen goods. He was booked into the Harnett County Detention Center under a $5,000 bond.

Aug. 8

Robert Malcolm Campbell, 22, of Lake Wales, Florida, is accused of fleeing to elude arrest with a stolen motorcycle on South Wilmington Avenue and U.S. Highway 421 in Dunn. Police say he was driving recklessly and 15 miles over the posted speed limit when they tried to stop him. When officers did stop him, they noticed he was in possession of a Smith and Wesson firearm. Campbell was convicted of a felony (vehicle theft) on Jan. 7, 2022 in Pinellas County, Florida, and was prohibited from possessing a firearm, according to a magistrate's order for his arrest. The motorcycle reportedly belonged to a Robert Wayne Carter. Campbell is charged with possessing a firearm as a felon, fleeing to elude arrest and possessing a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Harnett County Detention Center where he was being held under an $80,000 secured bond.

Aug. 9

Michael Cummings, 49, of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina, is charged with possessing methamphetamine. His bond was set at $2,500.

Richard Cummings, 38, of Bunnlevel, is charged with possessing methamphetamine. His bond was set at $1,500.

Jesus Jabo, 35, of Spring Lake, is charged with committing insurance fraud. His bond was set at $35,000.

Aug. 10

Robert Elliott, 22, of Linden, is charged with assaulting a child under the age of 12. His bond was set at $20,000.

Dante Elliott, 24, of Erwin, is charged with breaking and entering. His bond was set at $15,000.

Jessica Allen, 30, of Dunn, is charged with breaking and entering. Her bond was set at $40,000.

Tomas Guerra, 41, of Dunn, is charged with possessing methamphetamine.

Aug. 4

Olivia Gail Holman, 39, of Newton Grove, is charged with possessing methamphetamine.

Aug. 9

Steven Wade Braswell, 49, of Four Oaks, is charged with a felony worthless check violation.

Avionia Tanija Elder, 19, of Lillington, is charged with committing an assault that led to serious bodily injury.

Justen Robert Harvey, 31, of Four Oaks, is charged with stealing a dog.

Michael Christopher Lombardo, 36, of Angier, is charged with third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Devon Raymond Morgan, 19, of Dunn, is charged with committing an assault by strangulation.

Eric Lee Smith, 37, of Dunn, is charged with committing an assault with a deadly weapon.

Nicholas Ray Rowan, 37, of Four Oaks, is charged with possessing methamphetamine.

Renee Wood Turner, 50, of Harnett County, is charged with felony larceny.
