Commonwealth Financial Network® Congratulates Honoree on the NAPA Top Plan Advisors Under 40 List

Business Wire

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Commonwealth Financial Network®, the nation’s largest privately held Registered Investment Adviser–independent broker/dealer, congratulates affiliated advisor Alexander Assaley, III, AIF®, managing principal, AFS 401(k) Retirement Services, LLC, in Bethesda, Maryland, on being named to the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) 2018 Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40 list. Now in its fifth year, the list will be published in a future issue of NAPA Net the Magazine; will be acknowledged at the 2018 NAPA 401(k) Summit in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 15–17; and is currently featured online.

“Congratulations to Alex for being recognized as a NAPA top retirement plan advisor under 40,” said Wayne Bloom, CEO of Commonwealth. “To be named to this list five years in a row speaks to his commitment to continually raising the bar for his clients, his practice, and himself. We are pleased to celebrate Alex’s accomplishment, and we look forward to supporting his continued growth and helping him achieve his goals.”

The NAPA Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40* list includes plan advisors who have built a solid practice—either alone or as part of a team—and are established leaders ready to take their defined contribution (DC) and 401(k) plans to the next level. Nominations were solicited by NAPA members. Nominees were asked to complete an application, and winners were chosen based on criteria that include current and new DC assets under management, DC plans for the past 12 and 24 months, and DC/defined benefit plan revenue. Overall, 500 advisors were considered, and 75 (15 percent of candidates) were recognized. For more information, please visit www.napa-net.org.
