The U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office and the Office of River Protection, are requesting that a Retirement Planning Class be conducted in Richland, Washington. This class will need to be held locally in Richland for up to 50 students and should cover 3 days or 24 hours. Spouses will also be included at no extra cost, leaving a possibility of 100 attendees.

Desired Training Dates are October 18, 19, and 20, 2016 -OR- October 25, 26, and 27, 2016(Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Requirements are outlined in the attached statement of work. Quotes should contain two separate line items as follows:

Line Item 1

Retirement Training in accordance with the attached statement of work (to include training materials and travel. Travel costs will be reimbursed as described in the Federal Travel Regulations using current per diem rates for hotel and M&IE and actual reasonable and allowable cost for air and rental car expenses.)

Line Item 2 (option line item)

Vendor Supplied Facility: This option will be exercised at the sole discretion of the government and is subject to the availability of funds. Facility must be within 5 miles of the Federal Building (825 Jadwin Ave, Richland WA, 99352) and must be able to comfortably accommodate up to 100 attendees in a workshop style setting (i.e.; all participants must have writing space available). Examples include, but are not limited to:
