CareCore | MedSolutions Rebrands as eviCore healthcare
Complementary capabilities make a medical benefits merger to benefit everyone
The talents, technologies and tactical expertise of CareCore |
“Our new brand is a natural evolution, a combination of the strengths of both companies that positions us perfectly to bring greater value, deeper insights, and more sustainable solutions to all our clients and partners, now and in the future,” said Arlotta.
eviCore will bring together the formidable data and analytics capabilities of both constituent companies and the insight of over 3,000 health professionals to create a uniquely evidence-based approach to the management and distribution of medical benefits.
“It’s all about getting the right answers to the right people at the right time in the clinical process – about finding the best and most expedient care path,” said
A shared vision for the recently merged company inspired the new name and branding.
- The prefix “evi” stands for evidence-based medicine.
- The word “Core” shows that evidence-based medicine is at the center of everything the company does and underscores its position at the heart of the healthcare ecosystem. It is also a nod to eviCore’s legacy company,
CareCore National . - The tag line “innovative solutions” conveys to clients and employees that the company will be an innovative leader in the industry. The word “solutions” is also a recognition of eviCore’s other legacy company,
MedSolutions .
eviCore’s new logo is a graphic representation of how the company connects all the dots to address the entire spectrum of client needs, and the gradation of the dots denotes flexibility in designing and deploying solutions. Both legacy companies had blue in their previous brands, which was a common element that eviCore kept. The inclusion of gold represents a commitment to being the gold standard for an evidence-based, outcomes-driven approach to healthcare.
A new website, corporate ID system and other marketing collateral are also forthcoming. However, amidst all the ongoing developments, Arlotta added, “Some things, of course, will never change – our commitment to build on our rewarding relationships with all our clients and partners and our determination to improve even further the quality of the services we deliver. I’m confident eviCore has an opportunity to make a major difference in how medical benefits are managed, both for the healthcare system at large and, of course, in the lives of individual people.”
