bswift said that it has introduced Springboard Specials, a new module that can be enabled with Springboard Marketplace, its private health and benefits exchange, or alongside a traditional benefits program.
In its release, bswift said that its Springboard Specials significantly broadens the set of benefits available to employees at no additional cost to employers.
With Springboard Specials, bswift said that employers can instantly expand their menu of employee benefits with special offers and extra perks such as weight-loss solutions, fitness memberships, pet insurance, identity theft protection and more. Springboard Specials are featured on the employer's bswift portal along with any existing deals specifically offered by that employer.
"In the new world of benefits, it's all about consumerism-giving employees a wide selection of options to choose from, so they get what they want," said bswift CEO Rich Gallun. "Some people may value a spa getaway; others, pet insurance."
Based in Chicago, bswift offers software and services that streamline benefits, HR and payroll administration for employers and exchanges nationwide.
