St. Cloud Times (MN)
May 24--SAUK CENTRE -- A one-vehicle rollover Monday night sent a 24-year-old Sauk Centre man to the hospital with injuries deemed nonlife-threatening and resulted in a careless driving citation, according to the Stearns County Sheriff's Office.
Jose Ojeda-Lopes was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer west on Stearns County Road 186 at about 7:45 p.m. Monday when another driver, Bradley Holmquist, 17, of Long Prairie, told officers Ojeda-Lopes' vehicle crossed into the oncoming traffic lane on a curve, over-corrected and rolled in the south ditch.
Ojeda-Lopes was transported to Sauk Centre Hospital. Alcohol was not believed to be a factor.
Law enforcement officers cited Ojeda-Lopes for careless driving, driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.
Stearns County deputies, Sauk Centre rescue crews and ambulance and the Minnesota State Patrol responded.
