PEMBROKE, Bermuda (AP) _ Blue Capital Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. (BCRH) on Monday reported a third-quarter loss of $51.9 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Pembroke, Bermuda-based company said it had a loss of $5.93.
The reinsurance company posted revenue of $19.1 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $16 million.
Blue Capital shares have declined 30 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $13, a fall of 28 percent in the last 12 months.
