AXIS Appoints Anne Kelly as Global Head of Ceded Reinsurance

PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AXIS Capital Holdings Limited ("AXIS Capital") (NYSE:AXS), today announced that Anne Kelly has been appointed Global Head of Ceded Reinsurance, effective September 4, 2018. In this role, Ms. Kelly will be responsible for leading the Company’s Ceded Re function across all of AXIS’ insurance product lines.

Ms. Kelly joins AXIS with 30 years of (re)insurance industry experience. She was previously Second Vice President at Travelers, where she managed all phases of the reinsurance placement process for many of the company’s internal customers. She has also held underwriting roles at Shelby Insurance and Chubb.

Ms. Kelly will be based in New York and will report to Mr. Rubin.
