On March 24, 2022, Assurant, Inc. (the "Company") issued a news release
regarding its Investor Day. The Company also revised its financial supplement as
of December 31, 2021 to reflect the following changes, among others: Adjusted
EBITDA as its segment measure of profitability for its reportable segments,
effective January 1, 2022, and a revised Connected Living line of business
within the Global Lifestyle segment to include the business previously reported
as Global Financial Services and Other.
