Arch MI Announces New Integration with PathSoftware
Integration to Provide Streamlined MI Ordering for Customers
This integration will enable Arch MI’s delegated customers to order mortgage insurance from within PathSoftware. Loan data is securely transferred to Arch MI, ensuring accuracy and protection for sensitive borrower data. Certificates of Insurance are returned within seconds, and automatically stored in Path.
Customers using PathSoftware will be able to access RateStar®, Arch MI’s revolutionary risk-based pricing program that matches Arch MI’s most competitive rates to individual loan risk, allowing loan originators to offer more affordable mortgages to eligible borrowers.
“Arch MI is very pleased to partner with PathSoftware to support their users,” said
PathSoftware is the industry’s first data-driven, not form-driven, LOS. It enhances visibility and improves productivity across multiple business channels—wholesale, retail and correspondent. As a portal with a single point of entry, all loan data, lock data, products, pricing, automated underwriting system (AUS) findings, disclosure documents, compliance assurances and closing documents emanate and are reconciled within one system.
“PathSoftware is new and unique in the industry, which has given us an opportunity to do things a little differently. Our deployment strategy includes carefully choosing our integration partners—focusing on ensuring the quality and level of seamless connectivity we are committed to providing,” said
