Andi is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in Title Insurance and Real Estate Services. She most recently led one of the top five agency operations for a large national underwriter for 14 years, where she held full P&L ownership and drove double-digit revenue growth and profitability in her first five years. She maintained that level of performance and profit retention in the years following, earning recognition as a Top Performer for 10 consecutive years before deciding to explore new opportunities in the industry. Her leadership transformed sales strategy, optimized operations, streamlined and scaled procedures, built high-performing teams, and developed leadership capacity across Sales, Underwriting, and Agency Support.
