American Trust Retirement Adds iJoin To Its Retirement Offerings
American Trust Retirement announced an agreement under which ATR will deploy iJoin as a key component of its branded goal-based retirement plan enrollment experience, advisor success platform and managed account program.
iJoin's technologies are designed to streamline the enrollment process for plan participants while also providing financial advisors with powerful and accessible analytics tools for assessing the health of their plans. ATR, a division of First Mercantile Trust, plans to roll out the new program to all employers on its platform nationally beginning in April.
ATR has been a leader in presenting plan participants a goal-focused approach to their retirement savings path along with the option of a goal-focused, "do-it-for-me" managed account program. Chief Revenue Officer for ATR, Micah DiSalvo explains, "iJoin's technology aligns with our core philosophy of delivering a superior goal-based enrollment experience that works seamlessly with our advisor-led managed account program. And iJoin's advisor success platform will help us scale while also helping us maintaining the personal touch for which we're known."
Steve McCoy, iJoin's Chief Executive Officer added, "ATR is well poised to leverage iJoin. Our goal-based methodologies and success-oriented experience for employees, employers, and financial advisors speaks to their business model and differentiators. We're excited to partner with ATR to help produce better long-term retirement outcomes."
ATR's goal-oriented enrollment experience powered by iJoin shows each participant their personal retirement funding needs and encourages them to take the necessary steps to reach their goals. The program sends participants a quarterly "Personal Retirement Picture" that offers a snapshot of goal completion and makes recommendations to improve outcomes.
With the new program, advisors can easily view information across all plans, compare plan performance against benchmarks, and drill-down into individual plan or participant-level data to pinpoint opportunities for improvement. The integrated iJoin technology helps advisors encourage participants to take action through sophisticated, easy-to-use targeted and context-specific email campaigns built into the platform.
