Agents National Title Insurance Company Taps Kevin Thomas to Grow Florida Market

COLUMBIA, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Agents National Title Insurance Company (ANTIC), an Incenter company and leading provider of residential and commercial title insurance services that issues policies exclusively through its agents, announced today that Kevin Thomas has been appointed Senior Vice President, Florida State Manager and Counsel.

Thomas will be based in Winter Park, FL and will be charged with establishing ANTIC’s business operations and agency base in the state. Thomas will also oversee agency operations, production and underwriting as well as manage all Florida personnel.

Prior to joining ANTIC, Kevin was Senior Vice President and Southeast Regional Counsel for AmTrust Title Insurance Company. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President and Florida Underwriting Counsel at Stewart Title and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Director of Alliance Title of America, a Florida title insurer owned primarily by title agents until its acquisition in 2003. Kevin currently serves as Chair of the Florida Land Title Association’s Insurers Section, is the incoming Florida Land Title President, a member of the Florida Bar and has lectured extensively on title insurance and real property law. He holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore and a B.A. in Foreign Service and International Politics from Pennsylvania State University.
