NEW YORK, Jan. 11, 2011/PRNewswire/ --WeiserMazars LLP is pleased to announce it has elected three of its certified public accountants to partner, further expanding the firm's expertise in audit and taxation and its ability to service a wide variety of clients including complex, multi-national organizations, owner-managed businesses, and high net worth individuals. The election of James Toto, Julien Berke and Michael Coletti into the partnership takes the total number of WeiserMazars partners to 87.

Mr. Toto has more than 15 years of public accounting experience providing tax and financial planning services to high net worth individuals and families, including entrepreneurs and corporate executives in industries including real estate, insurance and financial services. He specializes in providing clients with advice relating to stock options, estate planning, retirement planning, and after-tax cash flow analysis.  He sits New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants board of directors for the Middlesex/Somerset Chapter and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Syracuse University.

Mr. Berke has 12 years experience working in an auditing and tax capacity for American subsidiaries of European companies in the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors. He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New Hampshire. Mr. Berke attended the Bordeaux Graduate Business School and specialized in auditing.

Mr. Coletti has nearly 8 years experience in providing auditing, accounting, and tax services to clients in the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors. He specializes in conducting and managing audits of pension plans and his experience also extends to corporate and personal taxation. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bloomsburg University.
