Saturday, May 17: New York City including The Cloisters Museum and Gardens, devoted to the art and architecture of medieval Europe; Times Square on your own for shopping or a Broadway show; and dinner at one of four restaurants. Leave from the Ephrata Cloister parking lot at 7 a.m. and return around 10 p.m. Cost: $80, includes bus and admission to the museum (guided tours are an additional $6). Wednesday, May 21: Three gardens in one day. Private gardens of Barbara and Robert Tiffany, a "hotbed of horticulture" including over 1,000 different hostas and rare plants; Peace Tree Farm, greenhouse of Lloyd Traven and his horticulturist wife, Candy; and Rosade Bonsai Studio, home of Chase and Solita, global educator on Bonsai and exhibitors at Philadelphia Flower Show. Plant shopping at each stop available. Leave at 7:30 a.m. from Salem UCC Church in Rohrerstown. Saturday, May 24: New York City as you please, but will accommodate ticket holders for the Broadway show "Raisin in the Sun," 2 p.m., at the Ethel Barrymore Theater. Purchase theater tickets on your own at 855-730-0199. Free time for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Leave from King Elementary School at 7 a.m. and return at 11 p.m. Cost: $40.
