Thunderhead.com Intros 2 Solutions for Salesforce at Dreamforce

Additionally, One Connect is integrated with Salesforce, enabling users to leverage their investment in the Salesforce platform to build more valuable relationships with their customers by providing enhanced intelligent experiences and deeper levels of engagement.

The solution enables business users to design and manage customer interactions directly, increasing agility and eliminating the reliance on technical expertise, and features design and user interfaces.

Also announced, One Collaborate for Salesforce is an enterprise- class solution that provides enhanced multi-party collaboration, facilitating knowledge sharing, control and risk management for complex business negotiations and agreements.

One Collaborate enables Salesforce users to collaboratively interact with colleagues, partners and customers on the same agreement, without ever leaving the Salesforce environment.

Available on the Salesforce AppExchange in January 2014, the solution features a single controlled document source with authoring and editing features, seamless data access, version control, component-level content management, and enterprise security.
