Succeed Adds Automated “Drip-Mail” Feature to its Popular Insurance Sales-Boosting Tool For Agents

New Addition Of The Succeed Sales Suite™ Makes It Even Easier For Insurance Agencies To Build New Customer Relationships And Stand Above The Competition

Wilsonville, OR (PRWEB) August 30, 2010 -- Succeed Management Solutions today announced the addition of a new drip-mail feature to its popular Succeed Sales Suite, an insurance sales and marketing tool for agents and producers. First introduced in September 2009, the Sales Suite provides users with a variety of tools and resources designed to make winning new business easier than ever. The new automated drip-mail feature adds to this ability by giving agents everything they need to easily connect with prospective customers and provide value-added services that differentiate them from competitors.

The new drip mail feature works with the Sales Suite’s Mail Center to act as an automated email campaign manager. Agents simply choose materials they want to send from the Sales Suite’s extensive bilingual safety library and then schedule email delivery to their prospects. Users can customize their email marketing campaigns based upon their desired schedule and frequency of the automated email deliveries.

Agents can easily add new prospects to the campaign as they find them, and the mail center does the rest, sending emails at the predetermined intervals. In addition, the user has the ability to run reports to see the status of delivered and scheduled emails.

“This has been a highly requested feature and we felt that adding this function to the Sales Suite without increasing the subscription fee was the right way to support our partners,” said Slade Crooks, SVP. “Now, there is no easier way to create valuable relationships with prospective new clients and provide services that will have you standing above the competition.”

The Sales Suite includes the Mail Center email campaign manager along with other prospecting tools and services including:

 

   • An open and customizable bilingual safety library that agents can share with prospects and clients. The digital library consists of nearly 1,500 documents made up of training shorts, posters, quizzes, policies, procedures, and checklists designed to enhance the effectiveness of any safety and risk management campaign.
   • An HR & benefits library with over 10,000 resources covering HR and benefits issues for all 50 states.
   • “My Tools,” a space to store and organize a customized safety and risk management sales library.
   • Free monthly training webinars design to help agents use the resources in the Succeed Sales Suite and win new business.

The Sales Suite is available either as a stand-alone resource for individual agents/producers or it is included as part of Succeed’s holistic agency platform that includes client access to the Succeed Risk Management Center.
