Restaurant Inspections [Florida Times Union]

Proquest LLC

Florida'sDepartment of Business and Professional Regulation says every public food service establishment - including vendors, caterers and restaurants - is inspected twice a year. Follow-up visits are made if results warrant. The department calls the reports "snapshots" of how the establishment is at the time. Locations are in Jacksonville unless noted. NOTE: Some restaurants may appear on more than one list after addressing their violations and complying with the standards.VIOLATIONS CLASSIFICATIONSHigh Priority: Violations which could contribute directly to a food-borne illness or injury.Intermediate: Violations which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to food-borne illness or injury.Basic: Violations considered best practices to implement.COMPLETEDSanitary and safety conditions did not warrant a follow-up visit to ensure correction. Will be inspected again at the next routine interval.
